Mr. Zilinskas was born May 2, 1941, Stockholm, Sweden . He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from San Fernando Valley State College and J.D. Degree from Hastings College of Law where he was the Book Review Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. He is a member of the State Bar of California, U.S. District Court, Central and Northern Districts of California and Santa Barbara County Bar Association. Prior to forming his own law practice, Mr. Zilinskas served as an associate attorney with the law firm of Hagenbaugh & Murphy in Los Angeles . Mr. Zilinskas maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Zilinskas has successfully tried hundreds of cases throughout his long and distinguished career and actively tries many of the firm's most high-profile cases, including a recent insurance bad faith case in Colorado and a large business dispute in Santa Barbara County .
